Mercedes reduces C Class C02

Mercedes C180K Blue Efficiency

The latest development is the BlueEFFICIENCY C180 K, which will take over from the exsisting C180 KOMPRESSOR from December 2008. This new  super-efficient engine will provide the performance and luxury C-Class drivers demand, whilst offering substantial improvements on economy and C02 output.

The BlueEFFICIENCY C180 K combines one of the most iconic designs with revolutionary new energy-saving technology and design. The engine, chassis, tyres and equipment have all been developed to reduce resistance and economise on every drop of fuel.

CO2 emissions for the BlueEFFICIENCY C 180 K have been reduced to just 149 g/km, a saving of 18g/km and bringing substantial reductions in taxation. Fuel consumption is reduced by 11% compared to the existing C 180 KOMPRESSOR design.
