UK Carline has looked at the way it conducts business and made changes to enable the firm to become a Carbon Zero Company. We have looked at our waste disposal and recycling, travel, electricity and general operations. We can now advise people how to make the changes themselves and see the environmental and cost savings that can be acheived. Many companies have now joined the scheme and are seeing the benefits when tendering for contracts, or making their own environmental statement to potential and exsisting customers.
Carl Farrar Director at Blakes Auto body shop had this to say obout the offset scheme. In these times it is schemes like this that set you apart from your competitors".
Since the start of the scheme in mid July we have already offset over 200 tonnes of C02 emited from the vehicles we supply.
